We are there for you should you require support with something that is no longer operating, or you are unsure of how to do something with your system. At any point in the future, should you wish to upgrade you can also speak to us about this, knowing that we fully understand your system and have all of the configuration details at hand making any updates quick and as cost-effective as possible.
Our systems are also supportable remotely, so should you need quick attention to some software we can do it for you without even needing to come to your home. Safely and Securely. Our major hardware is also backed by a 12 month on site warranty.
Importantly our HTPC’s are equipped with an industry leading quick rebuild (or reset) capability. This allows the entire configuration to be reset back to our standard configuration should something change and no longer function. The amazing part is that you will not lose any of you media (recorded TV, music, DVD’s etc) should you need to perform this rebuild.
